Yogyakarta-based artist and theater director Citra Pratiwi‘s first play was a monologue entitled Ophelia: Misteri Kolam Kematian (Ophelia: The Secret of the Death Pond) in 2007. Inspired by one of Shakespeare’s masterpieces, the performance was staged in Yogyakarta, Jakarta and Lampung.
